SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Once you've received a confirmation number, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and handling. We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the United States takes 4–5 business days and costs $7.95. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.

Jewelry Organizer and Travel Cases ship at their own flat rate — $5.00 for the Mini Box and $6.00 for the Maxi Box — and ship free on orders of $100 or more.

We also ship internationally. International rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier (DHL or UPS).

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email automatically. Please note that some carriers can take up to 24 hours to show the first tracking update.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an order is shipped to the wrong address, Garnished in Gold is not responsible for misplaced or missing orders. If an order is undeliverable and returned to us, we will resend it once we receive it; customers are responsible for the resent shipping cost.

Delivery claims

Garnished in Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to our shipping provider — please contact your local post office for more information. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

Returns and exchanges

Please see our Refund Policy. We accept defective items and proper ring size exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
